By using Bezzox’s services, you agree to the following terms. These terms cover our policies on payment, pricing, logistics, and other services. Please read carefully. Continued use of our website and services implies acceptance of these conditions.
- Supplier Sourcing and Reliability Guarantee:
Bezzox works only with verified and trusted suppliers to ensure the best product quality and competitive pricing for your business. - Payment Terms:
An upfront payment of 50–70% of service charges is required, with full payment for product inventory before Bezzox engages suppliers for final dispatching the stock. - Pricing Terms & Validity:
Quoted prices are based on realistic target pricing and are non-negotiable. Prices are valid for 24 hours, and orders must be placed within this period to lock in the rates. - Quotation Timeline:
Bezzox provides product quotations within 24-48 hours of inquiry, ensuring timely responses to sourcing needs. - Logistics & Delivery:
Bezzox arranges logistics for product deliveries, which typically take 4-5 working days for out-of-city orders. While Bezzox ensures reliable transportation, delays due to third-party couriers are beyond our control. - Product Inspection and Quality Assurance:
Suppliers inspect all products before dispatch to ensure quality. Bezzox ensures that all sourced items undergo these quality checks. - Damaged or faulty products:
Any damaged or faulty products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Bezzox will mediate with suppliers for replacements, though return costs may not be covered. - Refund & Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are available for unused services only. No refunds will be provided once the product has shipped, except in the case of proven quality issues. - Sample Inspection:
Clients may request product samples before placing bulk orders. Additional sample fees will apply. - Supplier Confidentiality:
Supplier details remain confidential unless the client opts for supplier hunting services, in which case Bezzox connects them directly with verified suppliers. - Shipping Responsibility:
Bezzox is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs issues, but we provide full support to resolve such issues. - Dispute Resolution:
In cases of disputes, both parties agree to resolve the issue through negotiation. If the issue remains unresolved, arbitration will be pursued. - Supplier Fraud and Legal Action:
In rare cases of supplier fraud, Bezzox will assist with legal action but is not financially liable unless proven negligent. - Termination Policy:
Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days’ notice. Immediate termination may apply in cases of non-payment or breach of terms. - Force Majeure:
Bezzox is not responsible for delays or disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters or political unrest. - Cancellation Charges:
Services can only be canceled before work starts. Once the process has begun, full charges apply. - Price and Quality Validity:
Quoted prices are valid for 24 hours. Delayed purchases may lead to price changes based on market conditions. - Realistic Target Pricing:
Bezzox only works with realistic and achievable target prices to ensure competitive rates. - Shipping & Processing Time:
Suppliers typically require 24-48 hours for quality control, packing, and dispatch. Shipping fees vary depending on the product’s weight, destination, and courier selection. - Data Privacy:
Bezzox respects your privacy and uses collected data only for diagnostic and operational purposes. All client information remains secure. - Business Hours:
Bezzox operates from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Urgent queries are always prioritized.
